ampersandra This EP has everything: Beautiful 3 part harmonies, cello solos, an Amy Winehouse cover, even a cowboy-themed break-up song that starts with setting a Western scene & singing the intro notes to The Good the Bad and the Ugly theme. You'll LOVE it. Favorite track: Cowboy on the Run.

about

Hi! We're Bandits, and a few months back, we pulled off our greatest heist yet — sneaking into one of NYC's most hallowed recording studios, The Power Station, and recording a couple of our oldest tunes.

This EP is the most accurate depiction of what we sound like when we're in a room (or subway station, or castle) right in front of you and you're jiving along to the mischief before you even realize you're in the midst of a stickup. And we can't wait for you to give it a spin!

Last but not least, we have to thank the Power Station at Berklee NYC for being participants (whether witting or not) in this great act of banditry, as well as the many collaborators

about

Bandits on the Run New York, New York

Bandits on the Run are your friendly neighborhood criminals, whose sole purpose is to reinvigorate the element of surprise by making musical mischief in unexpected places.

To your ears, these whimsical criminals will sound like a nostalgic medley of old and new: strummed, plucked, and bowed away on cello and guitar, and propped up on an old timey spine of three part harmony.
